Confirmation of your order is a direct agreement of our delivery and shipping costs. Our delivery within the United Kingdom usually takes 3 to 4 working days. Our delivery overseas usually takes 10 to 15 working days. Therefore, reasonable allowance should be made for orders made during the weekend and national holidays. We shall not be liable for loss occasioned for delay in delivery arising out in any course beyond our control. 4. Exchange/Refunds: Please contact us within 7 days upon receipt of your item if you are making a return. If you do not contact us by 7th day of receipt of the item it will be exempt the refund/exchange policy. we cannot be responsible for returned item(s) being lost in the post. We would recommend you return the item(s) by recorded delivery. Once we have received the item(s) we will send you an email to confirm this and the item(s) will then be checked to ensure that it is in the condition it was sent out in. Item(s) must be returned in their original condition. They must have all of the original tags/labels attached, be unopened, unworn and in it's original packaging. Failure to do this will result in making the item(s) exempt from the exchange/refund policy. Returns are at the customer's expense but there is no extra charge for sending out the replacement if you live in the UK. 5.
